2.5 lbs of pork chops

2 packs of Brats

2.5 lbs of turkey wings

Our bratwurst come in hand-twisted links (usually 4 per pack), with a total weight of approximately 1 pound in a vacuum-sealed package. All our meat products are frozen. 

Our pork chops are juicy, well-marbled, and insulated by a layer of firm, creamy, super delicious fat. And the color is outstanding! The meat of our heritage pork is a beautiful, deep shade of red.
