Oh my gosh, we love the flavor of this garlic bratwurst! It's just the right amount of garlicky goodness. You can serve these on a bun, as a whole sausage, or sliced into medallions. They do best cooked more slowly over a little lower heat to avoid drying them out in their natural casing. When we're in a rush, our family will usually throw them in the toaster oven (so we don't heat up the whole kitchen) for 30 minutes while we cook our veggie sides.
These come in hand-twisted links (usually 4 per pack), with a total weight of approximately 1 pound in each vacuum-sealed pack. All our meat products are frozen.
